Brighouse Homes are delighted to have received three awards for their development at The Gateway, Nantwich.
What House? Awards 2010
A What House? Award is recognised as the most prestigious accolade in UK housebuilding, rewarding the best new homes in Britain. An award has been achieved in the category Best Sustainable Development.
A panel of 22 judges carefully considered a large number of schemes throughout Britain. A shortlist of developments were then visited and the top three winners were announced in the awards ceremony held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Friday 19th November 2010, and presented by the comedian Jimmy Carr.
Winning a What House? Award is a major achievement for the company and recognises Brighouse Homes as a market leader.
Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2010
Two awards have been gratefully received from the warranty providers for the scheme, Premier Guarantee. The awards for the regional Medium Development of the Year and Architectural Design of the Year demonstrate the companies determination to be at the forefront of the industry.
